Wellness Coaching

This service is for clients seeking support in the domains of nutrition, movement, mental/emotional well-being, sleep, and stress-management. Coach and client will work collaboratively on a Wellness plan that is customized, client-centered and driven, and has attainable and measurable goals. The ideal outcome is that the client demonstrates increased self-efficacy, to the point where they no longer need a coach’s input or check-ins.
